Our beloved Strength for Life program requires that our participants join us on ZOOM. The technology has placed some barriers that we want to help remove!

This free 2 hour training session will support you in being able to navigate ZOOM independently so that a whole new world will open up for you.

You will need:

• internet connection
• computer / device with a camera and a microphone (ie: smart phone / iPad / tablet)

This session has a limited participant, so it is first in first serve!

Once you register you will be supported to get onto the ZOOM session to learn more about ZOOM, via telephone (if needed).
