Join our fantastic strength training session specially designed for people aged 50+. One of our fabulous trainers will guide you through a half hour workout from the comfort of your home.

Strength training means using weights – like hand weights, machines or just your own body weight – to build muscle strength and endurance. Strength training with our Strength for Life  programs for older people can help you to stay active and independent as you age.

This session will be repeated at 3pm on the same date. A different session will be hosted on Thursdays at 10am and repeated at 3pm also.
